How to Bid
Register! It's free and only takes a few minutes. Click here to get started.

Read and agree to the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" posted on each auction.

Download and fill out a Bid Form posted on the property you are interested in.

*Remember your Online Bid amount must exceed the current High Bid of the property you are bidding on. For a Sealed Bid, your bid must be at least the published Minimum Bid amount.

Send your Bid Form and Bid Deposit (check, wire, personal, company or cashier's check) to First Republic Escrow Corporation.

*Bid deposit amount will vary per auction: Refer to the Terms and Conditions for the auction you are interested in.

After your Bid Form and Bid Deposit have been received your bid will be submitted.

For Online Bids: Once Escrow receives your Bid Deposit and Bid Form, your first bid will be posted "Online" and you will be able to view it in the bid history. If someone places a higher bid, simply click on the 'Bid Now' button and place a higher bid. Each "Online" bid is posted in real time.

For Sealed Bids: Once Escrow receives your Bid Deposit and Bid Form a confirmation notice will be sent to you stating that your bid has been received. At the end of the auction, all sealed bids will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are the highest bidder. If a Sealed Bid auction is switched to an "Online" bidding format, you will be notified and may place "Online" bids against other bidders by clicking the "Bid Now" button.
